This is my favourite photo of "Dave Wilcox"; I took it at Roots Club in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, and as far as I can recall it was one of the last gigs we did together..... 'George Thackray' (ex Manager).

Above is an original review that was taken from Bradford's local newspaper after 'The Negatives', 'The Squids' & 'Shadowfax' did a benefit gig in aid of 'The Lord Mayor Of Bradford's Appeal For The Child' local charity.

The above picture appeared in Telegraph & Argus Bradford News Paper 1978.

The ex manager George Thackray has just found all the above master tapes!

Above is an original poster from the second line of 'The Negatives' from about 1980.
This is when the lead singer 'Dave Wilcox' wanted the band to stay true to the punk spirit but the other three members wanted to move with the times. So the three split and formed 'The Mysterious Footsteps' and Dave carried on with a new line up.
