He was replaced by Phil Barnard who was then replaced by Tony Ashworth when Tunnelvision got going.  The Pose specialised
in cover versions of songs by the days top punk acts like the 'Clash' and the 'Buzzcocks'.

They only played a handful of gigs, including a show with local heroes 'Section 25' at the Old Library in Poulton Le Fylde, before picking up on Joy Divisions influence throughout 1979, changing their name to  'Tunnelvision' and signing to Factory records.

Tony Ashworth joined "Tunnelvision" from Poulton punk band Zyklon b . Mark the singer went on to play with Vee VV who supported The Stone Roses, My Bloody Valentine and New Order and David Ross went on to join One Way System (named after a zyklon b track) and is still with them, touring and signed to Cherry Red.
